Alongside the swimming and bathing pools, attractions such as slides and diving boards, shower and sanitary facilities are among the most elementary and basic facilities in a swimming pool. Which components does the VA-Hydro Legionella filter contain?

The VA-Hydro Legionella filter consists only of a booster pump, which is adapted to the performance of the VA-Hydro, the reactor chamber with an insulating housing and a stainless steel pipe system.
Is the VA-Hydro Legionella filter approved?

All valves and seals used in the VA-Hydro Legionella filter are approved for drinking water and meet the DVGW requirements according to DVGW W 270. Since there are no moving parts in the VA-Hydro Legionella filter, it only works with the shear forces known from nature (cavitation principle), no lubricants or preservatives are used. The VA-Hydro Legionella filter does not endanger or impair drinking water according to DIN EN 1717. Thus, the use of the VA-Hydro Legionella filter corresponds to category 1 according to DIN EN 1717.
What is the hydrophysical principle of operation?

With the hydrophysical functional principle, the water in the reaction chamber of the VA-Hydro Legionella filter is extremely accelerated. Very high flow and cavitation forces arise, which mechanically destroy bacteria.
For optimal use, the water is fed into the reactor chamber of the VA-Hydro Legionella filter using a high-pressure pump.
Does the VA-Hydro Legionella filter make chemical or thermal prophylaxis superfluous?

The hydrophysical functional principle of the VA-Hydro Legionella filter removes legionella and other microorganisms as well as algae spores and fungi from the water effectively and in an environmentally friendly manner. As soon as the VA-Hydro Legionella filter has gone into operation, you can greatly reduce the chemical or thermal treatment and consequently also stop it.
How is the VA-Hydro Legionella filter integrated into existing systems?
